JYSK logistics hall
The construction works of the building complex with a size of 20 football fields started in April, 2020, and it is expected to last for two years. The project realized by JYSK costs 200 million Euros; this building will be a new, regional warehouse base in Hungary. The large scale warehouse building project of the international furniture company was won by Market Építő Plc.

Buda Palota
The first office building of the country will be reborn as a multifunctional area. It was built in 1924 based on the plans of Gyula Sándy, and at that time this building was utilized as an office and a telephone centre which served the whole Buda side of the capital.

MOME (Moholy-Nagy University of Arts) building
The Workshop building, which was handed over in the spring of 2016, was designed by Péter Reimholz (†2009), Zsófia Csomay and Tamás Németh. This building serves as the home of material processing workshops; its area covers more than 2400 square metres and contains 49 rooms for educational purposes.

Telekom Headquarters
Architectural designs of the headquarters were prepared by TIBA Építész Stúdió, construction works were prepared by Market Építő Plc., and its developer is WING Plc. This is one of the biggest office buildings realized in one building block in Hungary, and its lease agreement was signed with Magyar Telekom Plc. for 15 years.

BudaPart Gate Office Block, Buildings BOC, BOE, and BOG
Office building BudaPart GATE will be realized at the gate of the quarter as the first office building of the project. Located next to Dombóvári út, it will have a gross area of approximately 20,092 square metres for rent: the building will offer 11 floors of office area, complemented by an underground parking garage on 4 floors, as well as a ground floor.

BudaPart BRB, BRP residential buildings
The installation concept of the quarter was elaborated by the designer and the Danish architect office ADEPT; the two newly built BudaPart buildings designed by Vikár and Lukács architect offices perfectly fit into this vision. Due to the proper orientation of the building, every apartment is optimally light and sunny, where the flow of light and air is unimpeded.

Our company participated in the construction works of the small arms factory located at the Kiskunfélegyháza plant of HM Arzenál Plc. This factory intends to fill the gap in the large-scale arms production of Hungary that has existed since the FÉG company ceased to exist in the 1990s.

This project was a really unique challenge for M-J Wood Group Ltd. as such work is rarely given to construction companies. Reconstruction works had to be done within a continuously operating data centre. This required extremely precise work, because a small mistake might have caused chaos for one of the largest IT companies of the world.
