Office building BudaPart GATE will be realized at the gate of the quarter as the first office building of the project. Located next to Dombóvári út, it will have a gross area of approximately 20,092 square metres for rent: the building will offer 11 floors of office area, complemented by an underground parking garage on 4 floors, as well as a ground floor.At BudaPart, during the project of approximately 10 years, 15 residential and 13 office buildings, as well as a hotel will be constructed altogether, so prospectively 3000 apartments, 250,000 square metres of office area, and approximately 15,000 square metres of commercial area will be built. The success of the quarter is proven by the handover of the first apartments in 2019 (BudaPart Homes Building ’A’ and BudaPart Homes Building ’C’), while in 2020, the first office building, BudaPart GATE, and two more residential buildings were opened.The first office building of the new quarter incorporates forward-looking trends.
