BudaPart BRB, BRP residential buildings

The installation concept of the quarter was elaborated by the designer and the Danish architect office ADEPT; the two newly built BudaPart buildings designed by Vikár and Lukács architect offices perfectly fit into this vision. Due to the proper orientation of the building, every apartment is optimally light and sunny, where the flow of light and air is unimpeded. The interior height of BudaPart Homes ‘A’ buildings is 2.85 metres, while the interior height of BudaPart Homes ‘C’ buildings is 3 metres, and most of these apartments have a pleasant panoramic view of the Danube river. The terraces are larger than average, and this makes these homes feel even more modern. The shape of mass in the case of these two buildings makes them really special: the six- and eight-storey parts of the buildings are joined by a two-storey connecting floor area, while the five- and fifteen- storey buildings are joined by a three- storey connecting floor area.BudaPart opened its gates to its residents in 2019 - just two years after the foundation stone had been laid. In September, residents could occupy the first residential building of BudaPart Homes ‘A’ in the quarter, while in October, the apartments of BudaPart Homes ‘C’ - the second building next to the bay- were handed over to residents. In the first residential building, with a gross area of 20,802 square metres, there are 162 apartments on 8 floors, while in the second, a 15-floor building with a total area of 15,734 square metres, there are 106 apartments.
