JYSK logistics hall
The construction works of the building complex with a size of 20 football fields started in April, 2020, and it is expected to last for two years. The project realized by JYSK costs 200 million Euros; this building will be a new, regional warehouse base in Hungary. The large scale warehouse building project of the international furniture company was won by Market Építő Plc.The total size of the logistics centre will be 143,000 square metres, and it will be complemented by 115,000 square metres of paved surface outside the warehouse later on. During the project a large main building and several smaller buildings will be constructed. The main building will contain two automated, 43-metre high warehouses, joined by a single storey warehouse for the incoming cargo. These areas will be connected to the central automated goods distribution corridor, where the outbound transport of goods will be handled.General transport areas will usually be single storey, hall-like buildings. In the main building, office areas, places with community and other service functions, guest rooms, sprinkler engine houses, boiler rooms, bicycle and motorcycle storage rooms, and a water pump station will be installed. Building permit design documentation of the distribution warehouse is made by Tecton Építészmérnöki és Tanácsadó Ltd.
