HelloParks Maglód
Within the first phase of project ‘HelloParks Maglód’, a 46,000 square metre warehouse will be built in the proximity of Budapest, with Market Építő Plc. playing a prominent role. This development may contribute to the strengthening of the regional logistics role of Hungary.HelloParks, which belongs to one of the leading real estate developers of Hungary, namely the Futureal Group, will construct its latest industrial and logistics centre called ‘HelloParks Maglód’ in the town Maglód. Market Építő Plc. will act as the main contractor in the realization of the project, but the company faces an extremely tight deadline: the completed project will be handed over to the first lessees in August.On the 46-hectare area close to highway M0, motorways M4 and M5, and Ferenc Liszt International Airport, it is possible to develop a warehouse and industrial plant with the size of 193 thousand square metres. In the first phase of the project an approximately 46 thousand square metre warehouse hall will be constructed by Market Építő Plc. - this will be the first building of ‘HelloParks Maglód’. 250 people are working on the area of the warehouse hall simultaneously.A common feature of these modern facilities of different sizes, ranging between 20-90 thousand square metres, is the application of intelligent systems which provide energy efficient and environmentally friendly operation, and thus they fulfil the regulations of BREEAM sustainability standards.
